Random #1: My new bed. Amazing. So wonderful. So perfect. Hot Mark and I went to the Sleep Number store about two weeks ago, and went through the “number” process. It was decided that he was a 45 (the medium level; out of 100), and I was a 25 (the softest you can go) — the perfect “sleep number” couple according to Dana, our helper-outer, who said that we must not have sleeping well if we both like such different levels of softness. It was delivered yesterday and I haven’t gotten out of it yet. Seriously. It’s incredible. Will. Change. Your. Life.
Not us. And we sleep on the opposite sides of the picture. And we both have blonde hair. And sleep el nakedo. Sometimes.

Random #2: For the first time in my LIFE last night, I could barely eat my Indian take-out. Hot Mark even went out and picked it up for me (the Indian driver was stuck in snow — not that he’s Indian ??) and when he walked in the door, my stomach went all weird on me. I was so bummed.

Random #3: I have a love/hate relationship with Oprah. I sometimes believe that she does things for ratings and other times I think she does things because she loves to be helpful. Like have you noticed that whenever she gives away jewelry, it’s almost always in the shape of an “O” ?

Random #4: I went to Nordstrom yesterday and spent a kajillion dollars on new makeup, new skin care and new age-proofing makeup. (WHAT?!?! I HAD TO GET AGE PROOFING CREAM?????) I almost had a mini melt-down in the store when Idy (the awesome saleslady who hugged me after I left and gave me her cell number) brought me eye cream and pore-minimizer from Clarins. Holy crap. I needed eye cream to help with my wrinkles??? That’s it. Bring on the botox.

Random #5: Hot Mark is buying a rifle. Right now. He is currently at the gun store purchasing a rifle and a safe. Oh Lord — this is a man who before boot camp, never wanted guns in the house.

Mine are running and DATE NIGHT!!! Dinner and wine and a movie. Yes!!! Hot Mark is taking me to a MOVIE!!! Fun fact: HM hates going to movies. When we first started dating, we didn’t see a movie until about two months into our relationship. He thinks they are a waste of date because you can’t talk during them. But I LOVE THEM. More than anything. And if we miss the previews, I think we might as well turn around. When I see this screen, I get palpitations. YESSSSS!!!!
